Let’s be honest, the Tampa Theatre is always giving spooky with its velvety red seats, opulent grand foyer, glitzy gold stage, and of course, the balconies (perfect for hiding ghosts of scorned lovers past).

But every October, the Tampa landmark goes all out for Halloween season, with horror screenings, ghost tours, and more. Here’s a sampling of this year’s Nightmare on Franklin Street offerings. 👻

  • Grand Hampton Season Premiere | Tues., Oct. 18 | 7:30 p.m.
    Antony Capers debuts the latest episode of his supernatural YouTube serial Grand Hampton which is set in an ritzy Tampa neighborhood.
  • SpiritsFest 2022 | Sat., Oct. 22 | 6 p.m. and 9 p.m.
    Help solve a suspicious murder — while sampling delectable cocktails with every clue. After the crime is solved, celebrate with dessert and more drinks with your fellow sleuths.
  • An Evening with the Ghost Brothers | Wed., Oct. 26 | 7:00pm
    Watch the new episode of Discovery+’s “Ghost Brothers: Lights Out” filmed about the Tampa Theatre + ask the bros questions after the screening.
