Real Estate
Tampa Bay’s new apartments are roomier, on average than ones in other major cities, per a new RentCafe report. The south trended on the bigger side of things — and vice versa in the north. Seattle, WA + Queens, NY had the smallest pads, while Tallahassee and Gainesville had the largest ones. (RentCafe)
Arts
The St. Pete Academy of Ballet Arts is moving to the Pruitt Arts Education Center — inside the ArtsXChange building (515 22nd St. S. inside the Warehouse Arts District). The new location houses two studios, tripling the school’s square footage. Doors open Saturday, April 1. (St. Pete Catalyst)
Today Is
St. Patrick’s Day. Observed to honor the death of St. Patrick, the annual holiday is celebrated globally and often features Irish dishes, parades, and dancing. If you need a chuckle, head to Side Splitters Comedy Club in Wesley Chapel to enjoy a set from Irish performer Sean Finnerty.
