📝 Reporting damage
- Predictions show that it’s likely residents will experience power outages due to the storm. You can report outages with TECO and with Duke online.
- If your home , business , or roads/public infrastructure in Pinellas County are damaged from the storm, you can report the issue(s) online.

ℹ️ General resources + info
- Depending on the damage, it may be best to stay home after the storm. If you’re traveling post-storm, check road conditions before heading out with Florida 511’s tracker .
- Feeding Tampa Bay’s main facility is scheduled to begin reopening later today. The two Trinity Café locations in Hillsborough will serve to-go meals today, and Feeding Pinellas will re-open for dinner service today.
- There will be no trash, recycling, or yard waste collections today in Hillsborough County — residents will receive garbage collection on Saturday, Sept. 2 as part of the next normal collection service. Pinellas County’s Solid Waste Disposal Complex is closed today but will be open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 31.
