New plans unveiled for Central Park St. Pete

The food hall is set to open later this year.

Hi Hospitality Group is leading the project.

Not to sound like a broken record, but TBAY’s food scene keeps getting better. Today, we’re looking at newly-emerged details about St. Pete’s upcoming food hall, Central Park:

  • Located at 551 Central Ave., the building will house seven fast-casual food concepts across the ground floor, including a New York-style deli.
  • There will be five floors in total, with the fourth occupied by Kojo, a restaurant serving pan-Asian cuisine. On the same floor, Bar Hana will sit on an outdoor rooftop deck, serving up drinks + views of the Burg’s skyline.
  • The top floor is the most exclusive of the bunch. That’s where a members-only dining club and bar will be.

Away from dining, whimsical lifestyle boutique Worth will also debut in Central Park, which is set to total almost 28,000 sqft. An official opening date is not yet in place, but is expected later this year.
