We’re pushin’ past the tryptophan and turkey trottin’ Thanksgiving morning away. Whether you prefer 5Ks or participating virtually, we’ve got you covered with a few TBAY trots:

2025 Achieva Clearwater Turkey Trot | Thanksgiving Day, Thursday Nov. 27 | Competitive 5K, 7 a.m. and Family Fun Run 5K, 8 a.m., 1-Mile Drum Run, 9 a.m. | $25-$30 | The annual race kicks off next to Clearwater High School and winds around the Skycrest neighborhood. Racers are encouraged to bring a new pair of socks for donation to the Homeless Empowerment Program.

Tampa YMCA Turkey Gobble | Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 27 | 5K, 7 a.m. and 1-mile, 8 a.m. | $25-$45 | This downtown Tampa race starts and ends at Benchmark International Arena, so you can take in that stunning skyline while pounding pavement. Plus, it’s stroller and dog-friendly — so you can drag the entire fam along. Hustle, the top three overall male and female runners will win $100 gift cards.

Gobbler 5K and 1-Mile Fun Run | Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 27 | Gobbler 5K, 7:30 + 8:30 a.m., and 1-Mile Fun Run, 8:30 + 9 a.m. | $35-$40 | Make like a turkey and race through the wilderness of Jay B. Starkey Park in New Port Richey. This race is Fido and family-friendly, and features live music and vendors — all proceeds support First Christian Academy.

The Coffee Pot Turkey Trot | Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 27 | 5K, 7:45 and 9:45 a.m. | $0-$45 | Register for this race and enjoy a scenic run around Old Northeast’s Coffee Pot Bayou — all proceeds go to support North Shore Elementary.
