International Plaza is getting a major facelift. Simon Property Group just unveiled plans for the beloved Tampa mall’s next era, including a 50,000-sqft open-air exterior expansion and a refreshed outdoor dining and gathering area. Construction starts later this year. (Tampa Bay Business Journal)
