What’s going up on St. Pete Beach? Kolter Urban just shared renderings for a new Corey Avenue mixed-use development. The plans include a 162-unit condo tower, restaurant and retail space, boat slips, and a public park, plaza, and promenade — all with waterfront views. (St. Pete Rising)

Bring on the pickleball, bocce, and outdoor workouts. Clearwater Beach’s McKay Park just reopened after a massive renovation, featuring six p-ball courts, a repaved bocce ball court, new playground, and outdoor gym equipment. (St. Pete Catalyst)
