~40. That’s how many Tampa condo buildings still need structural inspections to comply with a new state law. The state implemented the new regulation to check the safety and needed repairs for condo buildings three stories or taller and 25 years or older. The deadline for inspections passed Dec. 31. (WTSP)

I want my home feeling as fresh as that Riverwalk breeze.
New year, same us? While the calendar may have changed, it seems most of our readers haven’t done a reset.
About ~89% of our readers said they still need to get out the cleaning brigade. But a strong ~11% of people are skipping the reset.
