With the NCAA Men’s and Women’s Basketball Tournaments just around the corner, we’re joining the fun of bracket competitions with a face-off of our own with our TBAYtoday coffee shop bracket.
But first, we need your help nominating the spots you think should be in the bracket.
Using the nomination form below, submit the local spot that has your favorite cup of joe, and we’ll use your nominations to create a bracket and battle it out in our newsletter and on socials.

It’s a bird... It’s a plane...It’s a helicopter? That’s right — you may see low-flying helicopters near power lines throughout the next two weeks. Beginning today, Tampa Electric is scanning power lines in the area to evaluate its transmission equipment. You can also expect to see workers on the electrical poles. (WTSP)

Hillsborough County and Feeding Tampa Bay announced their partnership with Grow My Giving Incorporated to provide fresh food in Progress Village. Through the partnership, the Grow My Giving Mobile Fresh Market truck will hand out free produce twice a month until September. (WTSP)

Head to Amalie Arena on Wednesday, Feb. 28 from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. or Thursday, Feb. 29 from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. to check out the NHL’s United by Hockey Mobile Museum. The traveling museum offers an exclusive look at hockey artifacts and videos, and is free to visit.
