Rising up over the Hillsborough River, the Arts and Entertainment Residences tower topped out over the summer + is expected to be finished next spring. The 32-story tower boasts Straz Center and Downtown Tampa views, and once finished will feature 334 units, a rooftop pool, retail space, and 500+ parking spots.
Take a peek at the Residences at 400 Central the next time you grab lunch in Downtown St. Pete.
Once completed, this 46-story tower — which sits right in the heart of Downtown St. Pete — will be one of the tallest buildings on Florida’s West Coast. The building will house luxe units, a sky lounge, office and retail space, and more. Construction is in progress on the 12th floor of the tower, with completion expected in the first quarter of 2025.
Last week, we told you about the Pendry Hotel’s official groundbreaking. The incoming Tampa tower will sit at 39-stories tall with 220 hotel rooms, plus 207 condos, restaurants, cafes, and an open-air pool + terrace. The property will open in 2026 + the hotel will be just the second five-star hotel in the TBAY area.
Another tower soaring into the Sunshine City’s skyline, this luxe highrise comes from the developers behind the ONE and Saltaire in St. Petersburg. The 42-story condo building will also house a pool, residents’ club, dog park, and spa + fitness centers. Art House is projected to open in late 2024.
The Ritz Carlton Residences, Tampa are well underway. The pair of tours overlook Bayshore Boulevard + the property includes condos and villas, tennis court, pool, spa, and spots to eat. Tower 1 will be finished in the first phase of 2024 and Tower 2 broke ground earlier this year. Take a peek at one of the tower’s models.
Here’s a look at plans for the completed courthouse.
You might’ve spotted this project going up while cruising around Mirror Lake. The incoming $58 million courthouse will be named after the late state attorney + will have room for 15 judicial chambers, one courtroom, and workspaces.
