Hey, TBAY, this upcoming Saturday is Veterans Day, so we put together a guide of just some of the events happening this weekend.

Veterans Day Ceremony | Saturday, Nov. 11 | 10 a.m.-12 p.m. | Hillsborough County Veterans Memorial Park & Museum, 3602 U.S. 301 N., Tampa | Free | The 59th annual tribute features guest speakers, color guard, patriotic music, and more.

Hiking with Heroes | Saturday, Nov. 11 | 9-11 a.m. | Weedon Island Preserve Cultural and Natural History Center, 1800 Weedon Dr. NE, St. Petersburg | Free with reservation | Veterans and their families will learn about the Preserve’s ancient + modern history and ecology on this hike.

Smokey Bones & Chef Robert Irvine Celebrate Veterans Day | Saturday, Nov. 11 | 12:30 p.m. | 8020 Citrus Park Dr., Tampa | Free | Meet the “Restaurant: Impossible” host + active and retired military can enjoy a free meal with a valid ID — the first 100 guests get a signed copy of Irvine’s book, “Overcoming Impossible.”
