Pride Month, a month dedicated to celebrating and commemorating the LGBTQ+ community every June, is officially at our doorstep. Check out these six different ways to get involved with Pride Month in TBAY.

Note: Tampa canceled its annual Pride Parade — so we recommend crossing the Bay to observe.

Parades + Celebrations

St. Pete Pride Flag Raising | Thursday, June 1 | 10-11 a.m. | St. Petersburg City Hall, 175 5th St. N., St. Petersburg | Free | Watch Mayor Ken Welch kick off this year’s St. Pete Pride Month celebration.

2023 Pride Month Kickoff Block Party | Friday, June 2 | 7-10 p.m. | 2200 & 2300 Blocks of Central Ave., St. Pete | Free | Groove out to some talented DJs, live performances, and enjoy cocktails crafted by the local LGBTQ+ community.

Tampa Bay Rays Pride Day Game | Saturday, June 10 | 4:10 p.m. | Tropicana Field, St. Pete | $32-47 | Watch the Rays take on the Texas Rangers. Pro tip: get the Pride Day package for lower-level seats and a limited-edition can cooler.

Friday Night Concert | Friday, June 23| 6-10 p.m. | Jannus Live, St. Pete | $35 | Immerse yourself in a night of musical talent featuring “Frozen” star Idina Menzel and local faves Brianna Summers and Ashlee T. Bangkx.

TransMarch, Parade, and Festival | Saturday, June 24 | Downtown St. Pete | 2 p.m. | Free | This one’s set to be Tampa Bay’s biggest celebration yet, taking over the city from Albert Whitted Park to Vinoy Park + along Bayshore Drive. Enjoy local art vendors, food trucks, a DJ, and a beer garden.

Pride in Grand Central Street Fair | Sunday, June 25 | Grand Central District, St. Pete| 12-5 p.m. | Looking for an adventure-packed day full of food trucks, merchants, and carnival games? Look no further than this fair.
