A smoker showdown is taking over Lake Eva Park on Friday, Feb. 20, and Saturday, Feb. 21.

Ribs on the Ridge is the second contest in the annual Triple Crown of BBQ, where teams compete for bragging rights as our region’s top pit master.

Some odds and burnt ends to know before you go:
