Ranking and review site Niche recently released its “2024 Best Places to Live in America” list. Tampa Bay neighborhoods featured more than once. In fact, our area showed up three times inside the top 10 for the whole country.

Here’s how Niche showed TBAY some love:

  • Uptown Tampa ranked No. 4, with reviewers citing the “dense urban feel” of the neighborhood. Also noted were Uptown’s dining scene, outdoor spaces, and highly rated public schools. This condo in the area just hit the market.
  • At No. 6 we have Hyde Park. What a surprise. The sought-after part of Tampa is renowned for its shopping + eating, as well as its iconic bungalow architecture in luscious green surroundings, located minutes from the Bay. This local home is up for sale.
  • Harbour Island was ranked No. 9, classified as “upbeat, safe and friendly.” The neighborhood is within walking distance of several hotspots like Sparkman Wharf, Amalie Arena, Armature Works, and the Tampa Riverwalk. Here’s a Harbour Island condo on the market.

Do you agree with the rankings? Which Tampa Bay area neighborhood deserves more recognition? Let us know.
