Honor Our Heroes 5K | Saturday, May 25 | 100 State St. W., Oldsmar

Get ready for the yearly family-friendly festival featuring a KidsZone, live music, food vendors, and community resource booths.

Juneteenth Cultural Celebration | Saturday, June 15 | Tampa Museum of Art, 120 W. Gasparilla Plaza, Tampa
The museum is offering free admission for the day in its newly expanded galleries, plus food trucks, arts activities, and family portraits.

The PWRTRC 2024 Juneteenth Music Festival | Saturday, June 15 | Albert Whitted Park, 480 Bayshore Dr. SE, St. Petersburg
Celebrate with live music, ranging across genres + featuring jazz, soul, and R&B tunes, hosted by the Phyllis Wheatley Rise to Read Campaign.

AfroCAN 2024: Juneteenth Fest | Sunday, June 16 | Perry Harvey Sr. Park, 1000 E. Harrison St., Tampa
This cultural celebration features fashion, arts, music, and Black-owned businesses.

The entrance to Perry Harvey Sr. Park in Downtown Tampa. There are several artsy sculptures playing musical instruments, apartments in the background, and palm trees lining the park.

Perry Harvey Sr. Park is named after the famed Civil Rights activist.

Fourth of July

July 4th Boat Parade | Thursday, July 4 | Sparkman Wharf, 615 Channelside Dr., Tampa
Friends of the Riverwalk is putting on a show, featuring a parade, water ski show, and of course, fireworks.

“The Fourth” Independence Day Celebration | Thursday, July 4 | Spa Beach Park and Family Park, St. Pete Pier
The City of St. Pete-sponsored fireworks show begins at 9 p.m. and is visible all the way along downtown’s waterfront.

July 4th Fireworks Cruise | Thursday, July 4 | Departs from Tampa Convention Center Dock
Cruise along the Hillsborough River to soak in the fireworks to celebrate Independence Day.

4th of July Celebration | Dates TBD | Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, 10165 McKinley Dr., Tampa
Although this year’s dates have not yet been announced, the theme park usually runs five days of patriotic fun around the holiday.
