St. Pete City Council voted 4-3 in favor of the project, with council members arguing the $134 million project meets the city code + city review standards. Last week, we shared the plans for Tokyo Swim Club, but there’s more where that came from. The same MICHELIN-starred owners just announced plans for Mei, a new spot blending “French technique, Nordic ethos, and Japanese ingredients.” The restaurant will debut in the old Bento space.
