Real Estate

One of the best weekend — and all-the-time activities — is checking out open houses in your dream neighborhood. My friends and I love to see how sellers style their spaces, what plants they’ve filled their yards with, and importantly, what artists color their walls.

If you’re on the same wavelength, this listing in South Tampa might pique your interest too. Meet ARTHOMES, a pop-up gallery curated inside a South Westshore property, decorated with paintings and artwork from 10 local and international artists.

Best of all, you can tour it without getting in touch with a real estate agent. Visit 4426 W. Euclid Ave., every weekend from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. through the end of January. Though the 11-foot ceilings and glass-enclosed wine display definitely are worth checking out too.

It’s time to raise the bar. Tampa landed at No. 26 on WalletHub’s new list of the “Best and Worst Cities for an Active Lifestyle” in 2026. For anyone aiming to build healthier habits this year, a local gym is a solid place to start.

Today, January 19, is the day Edgar Allan Poe was born in 1809. If it’s been a while since you read “The Raven,” spend the day in Poe-esque fashion and find a dark, quiet, brooding corner at The Study.

Pantone’s Color of the Year is “Cloud Dancer” or uhh white. TBAY’s best — and most expensive — snowy display is the Trop’s brand-new roof. Am I right?
