What’s next for St. Petersburg College’s old Allstate Campus? Kolter Multifamily just submitted plans to transform the Skyway Marina site into a “luxury garden-style apartment” complex. The plans include 619 units, two swimming pools, and a dog park. (St. Pete Rising)
