Say see ya to the Central Avenue Citgo. Developers plan to tear down the gas station on the corner of 28th Street North + build a 13,000-sqft building. The plans include a 3,000-sqft restaurant, retail stores, and potentially a bar. (Tampa Bay Business Journal)

Coming Soon

Clearwater is getting a two-story Target. The nationwide retailer filed plans to redevelop the old Sears department store in the Westfield Countryside Mall. The construction permit is under review, and we’ll keep you posted on the timeline. (Tampa Bay Business Journal)
