This weekend, we’re going to be all about the arts as New Tampa Performing Arts Center kicks off its Annual Arts Festival.
Beginning Friday, Sept. 12 through Sunday, Sept. 14, the center will transform into a venue for a host of free arts activities and performances spanning the mediums of music, theater, dance, and comedy — just to name a few.
And if you’re looking for something to do with the kiddos this weekend, you won’t want to miss the festival’s Saturday lineup. Think: A Disney movie screening, instrument petting zoo, arts and crafts, and food trucks.
Duke Energy Free Day | 10 a.m.-5 p.m. | The Florida Holocaust Museum, St. Petersburg | Free | Stop by the grand reopening of this downtown museum to see its re-imagined core exhibition, an open-air balcony, pieces from The Wiesel Collection, and Thor, the 10-ton Danish rescue boat.
