Space is filling up inside the Gulf Coast’s tallest building. Dynasty Financial Partners will lease 100% of the office space at the under-construction Residences at 400 Central. The New York-founded company seems set to stay in St. Pete after signing a 15-year lease, expected to start November 2026. (Tampa Bay Business Journal)

ZooTampa is mourning the loss of 14-year-old clouded snow leopard Malee, who was euthanized after a severe illness diagnosis. “While most clouded leopards are known to be shy and reclusive, Malee was also a feisty and independent cat,” the zoo wrote, honoring her “substantial contribution to this vulnerable Asian species.”

St. Pete is planning to bring new life to the Manhattan Casino. The 100-year-old venue served the area south of downtown for 40+ years before its 2022 closure. The Burg has filed a permit to turn the space into a two-level, rental event venue, and has $4.8 million set aside. (Tampa Bay Business Journal)
