Another Hyde Park Village restaurant is on the chopping block, per Tampa Tomorrow reporting. This time, Forbici Modern Italian is facing eviction for “unauthorized seating expansion,” as stated in legal filings from WS Development. To avoid eviction, WS is asking for $800,000. We’ll keep an eye on this one.
