St. Pete leaders are exploring using ~$4 million in unspent federal grant money on creating a permanent dock for the Cross Bay Ferry. Hillsborough County was awarded the $4.86 million federal grant for the service in fiscal year 2021, and must return any unused funds by 2025. (St. Pete Catalyst)

USF just scored a $1 million donation for its new football stadium from The Gonzmart Family Foundation. The university kicked off construction on the $340 million facility last week. And speaking of, the Bulls also shared new renderings of the incoming stadium. (Tampa Bay Business Journal)
