We’re getting a new restaurant at Rattlesnake Point. Renowned TBAY chef Chris Ponte + Outback cofounder Bob Basham announced plans for a waterfront eatery next to Salt Shack on the Bay. The concept is still in the development phase, but we know it will serve seafood. (Tampa Bay Business Journal)
Development
Construction will continue on the Sundial’s revamp. A judge recently ruled that owners can continue the renovation project — which includes a new courtyard bar and community gathering space. The project is set to open Thursday, Oct. 17. (St. Pete Catalyst)

$225. That’s how much you can expect to be fined if you ignore an active Hillsborough County Schools bus stop sign arm. As of last week, all of the district’s ~1,000 school buses have functional cameras equipped to keep kids safe. (Bay News 9)
