The USL Super League has announced it will livestream games on Peacock. The Division One professional women’s soccer league will kick off its inaugural season in August, and you can catch Tampa Bay Sun FC on Sunday, Aug. 18 as they take on Dallas Trinity FC.

In today’s ever-changing economy, the price of planting roots in Tampa Bay is bound to fluctuate. Back in 2023 when we posted our guide on the cost of living in TBAY, the median household income in Hillsborough County was $60,566 and the overall cost of living in our city was higher than the national average. Today looks a little different…

In 2023, the average monthly rent for an apartment in Tampa was $1,915 and $1,975 in St. Petersburg. This year, both of those numbers are slightly higher. However, prices are starting to slow due to a rise in supply.
