• Investment banking company Citigroup Inc. is going partially solar. The bank recently added 2,470 solar panels to the roof of its Tampa campus, covering 70,000 sqft. Officials say it will reduce energy costs by 10%, but the price of installation was not disclosed. (Tampa Bay Business Journal)

• The Westshore Yacht Club is hosting a groundbreaking ceremony this week for a three-tower condo project. Construction started last month on the 77-unit tower, called Aqua, where prices start at $1.5 million.
• If you’ve got $2.8 million lying around, you’re in luck. That’s the asking price for a waterfront bed and breakfast in Gulfport. The Sea Breeze Manor Inn has seven rooms, was built over 100 years ago, and recently underwent a series of renovations.
