A quick roundup of Tampa Bay real estate news
One of Snell Isle’s last vacant lots just sold. | Screenshot via Google Maps
No surprises here, but Tampa Bay real estate is making more headlines. Let’s jump right in:
A vacant Snell Isle lot just sold for $5.7 million. That’s a lot of cheddar for grass, but with views of the St. Pete skyline, direct water access, and 0.37 acres, it’s hardly a surprise. If you want a taste of life in one of Tampa Bay’s most sought after neighborhoods, this bougie Vrbo rental might do the trick. And here’s a more budget-friendly option.
The Westshore Yacht Club is hosting a groundbreaking ceremony this week for a three-tower condo project. Construction started last month on the 77-unit tower, called Aqua, where prices start at $1.5 million.
If you’ve got $2.8 million lying around, you’re in luck. That’s the asking price for a waterfront bed and breakfast in Gulfport. The Sea Breeze Manor Inn has seven rooms, was built over 100 years ago, and recently underwent a series of renovations.

Lume Acidified Body Wash, which is supposed to remove odor better than soap thanks to its key ingredient: mandelic acid. Choose from scents like clean tangerine or go unscented for sensitive skin types.
