Get ready to shop ‘til you drop at one of St. Petersburg’s largest vendor festivals. Running for the last 13 years, Shopapalooza Festival is hosted at Vinoy Park in Downtown St. Pete.

🎪 Event information

This free event celebrates all things local, from food vendors to artisanal makers. Over 350 small businesses pitch tents to showcase their best work and products for Tampa Bay area residents to shop for the holidays.

This year’s event, hosted by LocalShops1, takes place on Saturday, Nov. 25 and Sunday, Nov. 26 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. In addition to featuring local vendors, Shopapalooza is co-sponsored by the City of St. Petersburg.

🛍️ Fun activities

Beyond serving as a one-stop shopping experience, the family-friendly festival will feature live entertainment, a kids zone with Santa photo ops and games, and raffle prizes for folks who register for free online — like a $500 shopping spree and gifts from local businesses.

Among these new additions is Travails and Triumphs, which explores the 500-year history of people of African descent in the Tampa Bay area.

Hey, TBAY. I’m helping out for the day while Bailey enjoys some time away, but while I’m here, I may as well start some trouble: I love cranberry sauce — and it has to be homemade. Make my inbox a nightmare with your Thanksgiving dinner hot takes.
