We’ve rounded up four Tampa + St. Pete homes on the market that will amp up your hosting game with their incredible patios, waterfront views, and state-of-the-art kitchens.

5224 W. Neptune Way, Tampa
5 bed, 8 bath, 10,123 sqft

This Beach Park home makes “The Bachelor” mansion look sparse. The three-story mansion sits right off a canal and boasts a massive media room, top-of-the-line kitchen appliances, bar and lounge, formal living room, as well as a cascading pool, boat docks + a massive tanning deck.

2020 Brightwaters Blvd. NE, Saint Petersburg

Prepare to be knocked out of the water (seriously, there’s a canal). Located on St. Pete’s beloved Snell Isle, “Bellissimo Palazzo,” which translates to “the beautful palace” in Italian, was designed by a well-known award-winning architect + features marble and solid wood floors, lofty ceilings, luxe appliances, a custom bar area, theater room, billiard room, elevator with chandelier, and pool — with a cabana.

Introducing Hillsborough’s new African American Arts and Cultural Center — coming soon to 2103 N. Rome Ave. in Tampa.

The county just shared its plans for the 50,000-square-foot building, which will replace the current West Tampa Community Resource Center, according to a release. The hub will feature public experience, meeting, and event spaces, galleries, labs, studios, a retail component, a café, an amphitheater, lawn space, and a ribbon trail.

The county estimates the project will cost $30 million.

Now’s your chance to weigh in. The county is hosting three public meetings to get feedback:
  • Monday, Oct. 23, at 6:30 p.m. at C. Blythe Andrews, Jr. Public Library
  • Monday, Oct. 30, at 6:30 p.m. at Emanuel P. Johnson Recreation Center
  • Wednesday, Nov. 1, at 6:30 p.m. at West Tampa Community Resource Center
You can also submit feedback online from Oct. 23-Nov. 8.
