A developer is carrying out plans to redevelop a stretch of South Tampa located at 2117 W. Kennedy Blvd. The 11 parcels of land will be transformed into an eight-story building with 235 apartment units + retail space. (Tampa Bay Business Journal)

Also in South Tampa redevelopment news, St. John’s Episcopal School filed plans with the city for a new 90,000-sqft building + playing field. The school has not released a timeline for the project. (Tampa Bay Business Journal)
