Gas Worx broke ground yesterday. The Ybor City, ‘transit-oriented,’ mega-neighborhood will have 5,000 residences centered around an old warehouse turned Armature Works-like food hall. The first section is a 317-unit apartment development slated to be completed next year, according to the release. ⚒️
