The Westshore Marina District is experiencing an explosion of growth. Marina Pointe Tampa, a collection of apartment towers that sit right on the Bay, is currently under construction.
With a price tag of $117 million, this downtown St. Pete building will boast a hotel and 357 apartment units. The tower is nearing completion, according to St. Pete Rising.
Though currently under construction, all of the luxury condo tower’s 35 units are already under contract. The tower is located right on Beach Drive and features a rooftop pool and Bayfront views.
