BevelUp, 1045 E. Cumberland Ave., Tampa | Opening date not yet announced | The incoming med spa will offer lasering, skin health treatments, and other medical treatments in a luxe, serene setting.

Alter Ego, 1050 Water St., Tampa | Opening in 2024 | The brainchild of Proper House Group + Chef Ferrell Alvarez, Alter Ego will serve up tunes, moody vibes, and cocktails aplenty.

Ash, 420 S. Nebraska Ave., Tampa | Opening spring 2024 | The long-awaited high-end eatery will serve Italian-inspired cuisine on the ground floor of Asher.

Olivia, 225 1st Ave. N., St. Petersburg | Opening in 2024 | Finally, you’ll be able to dine on Olivia’s squid ink pasta in the Burg.

Perry’s Porch, 600 2nd Ave. NE, St. Petersburg | Opening in 2024 | The eatery will look out over the scenic St. Pete Pier.

Clayton Gray Home, 1050 Water St., Tampa | Opening in 2024 | Soon you’ll be able to peruse 5,000+ hand-selected home goods and pieces, from seating to lighting.

Reformation, Hyde Park Village, Tampa | Opening in 2024 | The brand’s sustainable clothing is loved for its denim, wedding-guest-ready dresses, and other fashionable threads.

Saltaire, 330 1st St. S., St. Petersburg | Opening date not announced | The luxury condo tower is located right on Beach Drive and features a rooftop pool and Bayfront views.

ONE Tampa, 100 E. Madison St., Suite 100, Tampa | Opening date not announced | The 42-story tower will offer units right in the heart of Tampa.

Tampa Convention Center, 333 S. Franklin St., Tampa | Opened in 2023 | New upgrades to the downtown Tampa hub include 18 new waterfront meeting rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows.

The BayCare Sound, 301 Drew St., Clearwater | Opened in 2023 | The new outdoor waterfront concert space is located in Clearwater’s Coachman Park.

Casa Cami, 2545 N. Rocky Point Dr., Tampa | Opened in spring 2024 | Tampa’s newest rooftop bar + restaurant serves a Mexican-inspired menu, a range of cocktails, and waterfront views.

ro Hyde Park, 1500 W. Swann Ave., Tampa | Opened in 2023 | Both the settings and the modern Asian menu are breathtaking at this Hyde Park Village spot.
