Tampa Convention Center, 333 S. Franklin St., Tampa | Opening in 2023 | New upgrades to the downtown Tampa hub include 18 new waterfront meeting rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows.
The Sound, 301 Drew St., Clearwater | Opening summer 2023 | The new outdoor waterfront concert space will be located in Clearwater’s Coachman Park.

Olivia, 225 1st Ave. N., St. Petersburg | Opening in 2023 | Finally, you’ll be able to dine on Olivia’s squid ink pasta in the Burg.
The Salty, multiple locations | Opening date not yet announced | The legendary donut spot will have storefronts in Hyde Park Village and Seminole Heights.
Perry’s Porch, 600 2nd Ave. NE, St. Petersburg | Summer 2023 | The eatery will look out over the scenic St. Pete Pier.
Plant Love Ice Cream, 2901 Beach Boulevard S., Unit 105, Gulfport | Opening in May | This will be the second St. Pete location for the vegan creamery.
Predalina, 1001 E. Cumberland Ave., Tampa | Opening summer 2023 | This Mediterranean restaurant comes from the same team behind Oxford Exchange.

Tampa Pickleball Crew, 1701 E. Second Ave., Tampa | Opening spring 2023 | Founders are converting a 28,000-sqft Ybor City warehouse into a pickleball haven.
St. Pete Athletic, intersection of Burlington Ave. + Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. St., St. Petersburg | Opening in 2023 | This pickleball club will house nine indoor courts, a food court, and more.
St. Pete Strength Center, 1936 1st Ave. S., St. Petersburg | Opening in March | Management behind the now-shuttered Anytime Fitness in Downtown St. Pete is opening this new spot.

Aldi, 6765 22nd Ave. N., St. Petersburg | Opening date not announced | This will be the city’s third Aldi location.
Whole Foods, 201 38th Ave. N., St. Petersburg | Opening date not announced | This will be the city’s first Whole Foods location.

Saltaire, 330 1st St. S., St. Petersburg | Opening date not announced | The luxury condo tower is located right on Beach Drive and features a rooftop pool and Bayfront views.
