The steaks have never been higher — three beloved barbecue cookoffs are back, but for the first time ever chefs from around the nation are competing across all three events for a chance to take home the Triple Crown.
While barbecue chefs show off their skills, Tampanians are invited to pig out on barbecue eats galore during the Florida Triple Crown of BBQ, which includes:
- Pigfest | Jan. 26-27
- Grills Gone Wild | Feb. 9-10
- Ribs on the Ridge | Feb. 16-17 (competition culmination)
