Tampa isn’t just our little secret anymore. Now, we even have our own ritsy The Ritz-Carlton Residences Tampa.

The international hotelier opened the second of its two residential towers along Bayshore this week. Developed by Related Group, the new 31-story luxury condominium boasts around 90 units, just like its sibling.

So what exactly is it like to live at the Ritz? Well, it is still a normal condo setup, but there’s insane perks like daily continental breakfast service, a concierge, and a doorman.

Besides the units, what’s on the property?

  • Rooftop bar and terrace
  • Children’s playroom
  • Dog park and dogwashing stations
  • Spa with steam and sauna rooms
  • Fitness and yoga studios
  • Media center with a golf simulator lounge
  • Gardens
  • Pickleball and tennis courts
  • Private guest suites

But that’s not the only real estate opening we’re watching this spring.
