Next game night, spend your Monopoly money on Bayshore Boulevard or the Florida Aquarium.

Earlier this week, Top Trumps USA unveiled their new Big Guava-themed board game, entitled “Monopoly: Tampa Edition.” The game’s creators replaced key Monopoly spots with Tampa fixtures like Curtis B. Hixon Waterfront Park, Ybor City, the Skyway Bridge, and Gasparilla Pirate Festival.

How did the company choose Tampa?

“When we’re asked ‘Why Tampa,’ I like to say ‘why not Tampa?’” answered Tim Barney, Winning Moves International Monopoly manager, at a press conference. “It really is one of the most wonderful places around. And I mean visiting here, I’m like ‘I need to move tomorrow.’”

The makers crafted the board using suggestions from the community, replacing squares of the real estate game with Tampa locales, landmarks, and activities.

You can order the game online for ~$45.
